Thread needs solution

When I start Acronis TI 2012 it says too many activations, when I reset, It says I should register my product, but then it says, you serial is valid but cannot be registered at this time. I think someone has hacked my computer and stolen my key, because each time I rest, it has a different computer name registered, and not the one I used, Alos tech support is unavailable due to a large demand for TI 2012, how can I register my product and stoip others using my key?

When you log into your account how many PC's are shown as registered under settings?

Remove them and then start again.

Colin, when I log into my account on the Acronis web site, I see no "settings." When I log in within ATI2012, it tells me my OLB subscription has expired. Just where might I find the PCs "shown as registered under settings?"

Log into your account online and check under My Products. That will show what software is registered to you. Note that OLB will not appear even if your subscription is valid.

Hope this helps. Have a great day.

-Phil

The sync information is under the syn option on the left side of your account. Before anyone asks, the reason more than 3 PC's seem attached is because it is still listing the PC's used during beta testing.

Thanks Phil and Colin, I thought the OP was talking about how to deactivate computers from ATI2012 (as opposed to moving a license). I didn't realize the subject was sync!

I was just wondering for my own information in case ATI ever told me I'd activated too many times.

Hello, I think I might be late to the party, but I can't figure out how to UNLINK any of my PC's from the various installed of Acronis I have.  I have linked / registered several PCs with ATIH 2013, several with ATIH 2012, one PC with ATIH 2015, one PC with ATIH 2009.

Very much appreciate any suggestions / help you can send my way so I can "see" what PC's I have are LINKED with ATIH products and UNLINK those that are no longer using ATIH and keep LINKED those that are.

Thanks

Steve

Steve,

You can only go by the PCs name.
