True Image Home 2013 - 'End Task - True Image' when logging off

Windows XP Pro SP3, Acronis True Image Home 2013
When users log off windows shows a message 'End Task - True Image' with the end task button.
Does not show every time, and not for all users, but fairly often.
Affected users are limited users.
