True Image online Not compatible with True Image Home 2012?

I just upgraded to acronis 2012 and did a complete backup (everything worked great!). I then decided to cancel my mozy account (they just went up on their pricing) and tried to install True image online... I get this error during the install:

The following products are incompatible with the one your are going to install. Unistall these producs manually and then restart installation. Acronis True Image Home 2012 15.0.5545

??? Ok I am confused. How would your two products be incompatible when you are promoting them together on the website?

I am getting worried I deleted mozy too quick. Any help would be great.

Tony: I am having problems as well with Online Backup and ATIH2012. After my upgrade to ATIH2012, it reported that I had no online backups (from my two computers, done via ATIH2011). I have had a ticket open since August. Just over the weekend, Tech Support requested six files! Took two hours. They "lapsed" my previous files submission. So I am still waiting to be able to use Online Backup and my subscription continues to tick away.

One can only hope that the next bug fix will fix this problem. Yes, you might have been too hasty deleting the other product. Seems ATIH2012 is full of bugs, some serious, and some just darned annoying (like it not recognizing the correct date of your last backup).

2012 comes bundled with online backup. Click the Online Backup icon right next to the Disk and Partition Backup icon on the page where ytour backups are listed.

I have just purchased true image online. I have install latest version of True Image Home 2012. I get same error message when I try to install. Has anyone received or found a solution to this problem?

True Image 2012 can itself backup to online storage, there is no need install 'standalone client'.
