True Image version 2010, Does it work with SSD drive in RAID 0?
Does True Image version 2010 backup and restore an image on solid state drives (SSD) running in RAID 0? I have 3 SSD drives running in RAID 0. I tried my older version of Acronis version 11 and it did not work. I am running Windows 7 Pro, 64 bit.
I down loaded the trail version of 2010 and I’ll see what this does.

Oleg,
Thank you for your input; however, I am not at all clear what you are asking. Perhaps I am confused on versions. If I am confused, please set me straight. I bought version 11 about 2 to 3 years ago. Is version 11 and 2010 the same thing? They don’t look the same to me. You ask that I “share the results of AITH 2010”. But I am asking a question about version 2010.
Nonetheless; I can share the results of my older version 11.
When I try to create an image of the 3 SSD RAID 0 drives in my system and save it to the internal local eSATA 6 drive; the error states:
"Some partitions contain errors and can be imaged only sector-by-sector. It is recommended that you exit Acronis True Image Home and check the partitions with your system's disk-checking tools. Are you sure you want to continue?"
Yes No
If I continue by selecting "Yes", I get a message that states,
"You do not have enough privileges to create the file "D:\ Version11.tib (chosen name). Please choose another location".
If I try to back up to a drive on another computer that is networked via my hub, it will ask me for the user name and password; however, nothing at all happens; that is, the drive does not connect.
To describe in some words on my configuration of the RAID array.
It was very simple. My motherboard is the Asus Premium P6X58D and my RAID array was configured via the CMOS.
Again, perhaps I don’t understand what your question is or maybe I don’t understand the versions. If I am mistaken, your advice is appreciated.

Hello Jim,
Thank you for your response.
You mentioned that you have downloaded the trial version of Acronis True Image Home 2010, that's why I asked to let us know if the issue with the SSD RAID array still persists.
The issue may be caused by file system corruption. Could you please obtain Acronis Report and attach to your next message? I will check the integrity. While connecting to networked drive try to use the full UNC path instead of mapped drive in the file name box. Please see this article for more information.
Thank you.

The trail version has limited use. I bought and downloaded version 2010 that comes with an activation serial number and it works fine except for minor details that I can work around.
I am not able to connected to another computer through my hub, but I can back up my RAID 0 drives to my internal SATA 6.0 drive and my external My Book drive through USB 3.
The first boot disk creation failed (don’t remember the error). After sifting through postings, I found that to make a successful boot disk, you let Acronis pull in the tray of the CD/DVD writer rather than push it in yourself, very strange, but it worked.

Hello Jim,
Thank you for your response.
I am glad to hear that ATIH 2010 works better for you.
Why are you unable to connect to the networked computer? Do you experience the issue under Windows or under Acronis Bootable media? Does any error message appear?
Thank you.
