TrueImage 2009: Backup in Log complete successfully BUT shows error (Red Date) in the log calendar.
I hope this is a very minor problem: I'm backung up 2 Discs to a USB Disc , and after the backups have been completed the log writes "Backup successfully completed" and all seems to be OK. But when I restart TI again I've got a red failure notice in the Logs Calander (Schudeuled backups).
I've Win XP Prof. Updated to the latest patches
Acronics True Image 2009
Anyone with any ideas why I have this problem?

Hi,
We would like to have a Bootable Production Image on USB drive for RHEL-5 with our installed applications. This we need so that the sales person can keep it for the Demo Purpose.
I think this can be done with Acronis TRUE Image but I am not sure if it supports RHEL version 5. I would like to have the trial version and if it works the we will buy the Licensed Copy.
Please help me in this regard.
Rohit

I should have mentioned that I ,too, had deleted the Log, but still get the red date.

Is the log showing an Error entry? Depending on the settings, it's possible to end up with error messages that result in the red date when no error actually occurred.
Is it possible for you to post the log? It may help to see what's being reported.

Just to be sure, I used the acronis delete all and re-installed 2009.
I enclose a copy of my log files, which now shows that an error 1236 (password problem) occured after the 1st backup was siccessfully completed. I have only the two backups tasks with no starting/Ending task to be executed. The 2nd Backup has not been competed, so the log is not complete.
So I think the acronis is trying to start a unknown task thast doesn't habe a valid password.
Any help on this?
Many thanks

You take a look at this KB article and see if you can find the tasks. Perhaps you just need to delete them.
