Hello James,

I will do my best to solve the issue you experience.

Note that the only Acronis True Image Home version which supports Windows 7 is Acronis True Image Home 2010. If you have any previous version of Acronis True Image this can be the possible reason for the issue you experience after you upgrade to Windows 7. See the following KB article "Microsoft Windows 7 Support in Acronis Products" In order to resolve the issue you should upgrade your version of Acronis True Image to Acronis True Image Home 2010, the upgrade price is $29.99

If you are using the latest version of Acronis True Image Home you should uninstall the product from your system than download the latest build from your account. Here are the instructions how to download the installation file via account:

1. Choose "Product registration"

2. Enter your serial number for your Acronis product in the corresponding field.

3. Your product will become registered and you will get an access to the latest build at "Product updates"

Please disable any download managers, internet download/connection boosters, etc. before the download

If the issue persists please attach the following diagnostic information to your next reply.

1)      Could you please do the following to get sysinfo file?

- Open Start\Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Information;

- Choose the "Save" option in the "File" menu (or "Action" menu under Windows 2000), enter the "File name" and set the field "Save as type" to "System Information File (*.NFO)";

- Send us the saved file.

2) Could you please do the following to get dr.watson log?

- After that you will see a folder (or a few folders), the name of which starts with "Report"
