Try and decide stops computer starting

I used try and decide, loaded and tested programs, then decided to save.
Started nto save and when complete reboot.
now all i have is Status of commit showing 0% after 3 hours and trhe cursor crossing the screen.

tried loading windows again from a dvd, but still cannot get past the "Startingt Acrtonis Loader", "Starting committing" and trhe the "Status of commit"

what do i do now.

help please.
