Try and Decise if I choose to „continue “ my system rebooting at startup

when I use Try and Decise and I have to Reboot the system,the Acronis Loader starts, then I can choose to continue or disreguard changes . if I choose to „continue in the mode“ my system rebooting at startup. I can only use „stop and Discard“ then Windows 7 stars, whitout the new settings.I use Acronis True Image Home 2010 on Windows 7 Home 64 Bit. My protected partitions is only C and there is plenty free disk space on C. I Run True Image as administrator …..
Do I have to change anything in my Bios? My PC is new I have AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 245 Processor from Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
Model GA-MA785GT-UD3H , random access memory 4,00 GB DDR 3 RAM, Win 7 Home 64 Bit-

Since this moment I will take care of this case to get it resolved. To have a complete understanding of your issue I need to gather some additional information.

Actually, I have consulted with our Experts regarding this issue (just to make sure that they are aware of the issue). They told that this issue is not well known, so please let us investigate the issue and do the following:

You should collect Acronis Report three times:

1. When you booted to Windows and Try & Decide is not started

2. When you booted to Windows and Try & Decide is started

3. When you reboot your PC and message to „continue in the mode“, please choose it and make sure that the issue has reproduced. After that collect the Acronis Report.

Here are the instructions on how to do that:

For 1 and 2:  download Acronis Report utility and run it, create a report Please compress the Acronis Report output file into an archive (e.g. with WinZip) and attach to your message by browsing for the archive.

For 3:

- Download Acronis Report utility;
- Run Acronis Report utility and select the flash drive option;
- Connect your flash drive and proceed with creating the bootable media;
- Boot the computer under consideration from flash drive and wait for report creation process to complete;
- Send us the report.txt file from the flash drive. Please compress the Acronis Report output file into an archive (e.g. with WinZip) and attach to your message by browsing for the archive.

Also, please collect Acronis Information file when you booted to Windows and Try & Decide is started:

- Download the file;
- Run the downloaded file
The gathered information will be put in adv_report.zip in the same folder, where the AcronisInfo was saved.
Running AcronisInfo may take up to 5 minutes.

Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the issue appears and the link to this thread. Then please provide me with the case number you receive from our system, so I can pick it up and speed up the process. We will do our best to investigate the problem and provide you with a solution.
