Try & Decide if SW installation requires reboot

I want to use Try & Decide to check trail SW and changes for example to AntiVirus SW. Sometime the installation requires a reboot. In this case Try&Decide seems to loose the context and fails. Is it possible to make sure TRY&Decide remains active after the restart?
