Trying to clone a notebook Hd but i can't select sata disk as source

I'm trying to clone the HD of my Probook HP4520S.

I boot with ATI DVD and start True Image, after a select Tools and Clone HD

For the Source disk i see my SATA internal drive and the USB external Drive but i only can select the USB Disk, the SATA drive is grey and not selectable.
