Turn off all scheduling permanently

I have had the dreaded "operations in progress" message on three different computers. Acronis True Image 2015, build 6525, is installed on two of those computers. Another computer is running True Image 2014.

I want to permanently turn off any scheduling and eliminate the startup of the item in the system tray. I do not have a need for scheduled backups and want to do it manually only on a "as needed" basis.

Because of the problem with the "operations in progress" message, I have selected "manual" for Acronis Non-Stop Back Up Service and Acronis Scheduler. I have left Acronis Sync Agent Service to "Automatic."

Is there a way to totally disable the scheduling in the program without turning off these Services? I want to totally eliminate the possibility of ever seeing the "operations in progress" message again.
