Un-supported CPU Kernel

Thread needs solution

I struggled with installing this 2014 version for quite some time(weeks). Tech-support (Vinod Raman) would verify this. My whole reason for buying the upgrade was my anticipated replacement of the HDD in my Dell laptop. I ordered a HDD Caddy which took a couple of weeks then the SSD and finally tried to clone yesterday and it CRASHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UnSupported CPU KERNEL!!!! I try to go to tech support and my support subscription has expired. GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Any ideas Before I Uninstall this produce and BLAST Acronis on every social media site I can find?
Tech support knows full well my hardware and OS. I could accept this from Freeware. Not when I paid for it.

Sorry to hear of your issue here in the Forum. If you could supply your system specs here for those of us on the Forum we users might be able to help you sort things out. It would also be most helpful if you would describe the procedures you followed when attempting to clone your drive.
