Unable to access acronis true image online due to deleted in error

Thread needs solution

I was desperately trying to get a resolution regarding acronis true image onle not working.

I failed to receive any assistance from anyone.

I decided to remove it, re-install it and try it again.
After deleting everything I relised that I was paying for it and now can't get it back on to my computer.

Please can anyone help me to get it all back or get access to it?

If you were using the True Image Online standalone product, you can download it here: https://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/download/link/?ATIO_en-US.exe If you were using the Online backup features of True Image Home, you would need to sign in to your Acronis account and download the appropriate software version you were running and re-install.

Did you use the True Image 2013 by Acronis Cleanup Utility? If not, you can find it here. Please uninstall the product first and run the cleanup utility afterwards. If you asked to restart the machine, please do it before reinstalling True Image 2013 by Acronis.
