Unhandled Exception error with Version 7

Been using this version for years on my mom's computer with no problems until a few days ago. My normal practice was to run incremental backups on a weekly basis to a 150 GB drive. I'm backing up a 75 GB drive. The secure zone is/was set to 120.4 GB.
Got a disk full message. I opened the program and attempted to do a full image, at normal compression, as this has deleted the old images and created a new full backup in the past.
The operation failed with the following noted from the log:
Error 0(0x0) Internal error:unhandled exception|: none
This was followed with an error 1 502 (ox101f6) "operation with partition c: terminated with code 1 internal error"
This was followed with an error 100 5(ox640005) "Image operation failed" message.
I deleted the secure zone and rebooted the computer. Once the computer was up I went and created the secure zone again. I rebooted the computer nd once again tried to create a full image. About 6 minutes later the process failed.
I deleted the secure zone and attempted to create the image to a folder on the 150 GB drive. This also failed.
I performed check disk on both drives with no errors noted.
Any help would be appreciated.
