Uninstalling True Image Echo

Thread needs solution

I am trying to uninstall Acronis True Image Echo and universal, I am using a managed service product and it has Acronis software built into it, but I cannot get the installation to install on any of my servers that previously had Acronis software on it. I see a cleanup utility here:

http://kb.acronis.com/content/4117

It says it works for Acronis True Image Echo Server for Windows. But under Supported operating systems it shows:

Windows XP 32/64 bit
Windows Vista 32/64 bit (any edition)

Now will this still work on Server 2003 OS? Since Server edition only installs on servers so why would it be listed if it didnt?
