Update Build 5539 => 6055 fails on Windows 7 64 bit

I bought 3 licences of Acronis TrueImage 2015. The update from build 5539 to 6055 was OK on my first PC with Windows 7 (32 bit) but failed on the second PC with Windows 7 (64 bit). The error message said (in German language, because I have got the German Version): "Sie versuchen Acronis TrueImage auf einer nicht unterstuetzten Platform zu installieren". Nevertheless the installed build 5539 works fine.
Is this a known issue? What can I do to solve this problem?

Is your original build the German or the English one?

On the PC that won't let you upgrade you may have to uninstall build 5539, reboot and then install 6055. Make sure you are using the downloaded complete installer and not the auto updater.

I am glad to tell you, that I was able to update to build 6055.
Thank you again for your advice:

I downloaded the file from "My Accunt" / "My Products and Updates" and doubleclicked on the filename. It worked fine without uninstalling the program!
