Update issue

Thread needs solution

Hello,

Every time I was loading TI, I had the following warning code 1015 in the event viewer: : Failed to connect to server. Error: 0x800401F0, MsiInstaller, followed by information 1035, MsiInstaller: Windows Installer reconfigured the product. Product Name: Plus Pack for Acronis True Image Home 2010. Product Version: 13.0.7046. Product Language: 1033. Manufacturer: Acronis. Reconfiguration success or error status: 0.
It took me a while to figure out that it was coming from the fact that automatic update was checked in option and that no connection could be made to Acronis server. Unchecking it cleared the problem which however reoccured when I attempted manual update from the setup menu. Problem is not coming from my firewall, as it persists if I disable it. Would the server address be wrongly configured in the software ?

Could you please do the following?

As a temporary workaround please just turn the updates off in the application options. We'll surely inform you via e-mail if there will be any new builds.
