Does anyone know how to upgrade from 1 to 3 PCs? The FAX state unhelpfully that you can, then give NO instructions on how to do it. I recently purchased another PC, and thought Acronis would like the business. Apparently not!

You can do it from the program. Click the Account tab and then Upgrade.
