Upgrade True Image 11 To True Image 15

I currently have True Image Home 2011 installed on Windows 7.
I want to upgrade to Windows 8.1 and therefore need to upgrade Acronis.
I also have a second computer on Windows XP which I intend to upgrade to Windows 7.
1. Can I upgrade to True Image 14 and have a licence for both my computers?
2. If I create a current image of Windows 7 before upgrading to Windows 8 can the image be reinstalled on Windows 8 to save me individually installing all my old programs?
3. Do I need to install True Image 14 prior to updating to Windows 8?
