I need recommendations for restoring my system after upgrading my system from Raid 0 to raid 10,
Intel raid will not let me migrate from 0 to 10
I have added 2 more drives for a total of 4 drive 500G. I'm using True image 2011.
Windows Ultimate 64
Asus P7P55D-E PRO 15-750
Intel raid built 6 SATA ports
4 500G drives
1 1TB Drive
1 DVD RW
I also have a Jmicron controller 2 SATA ports nothing installed yet.

Currently I only have about 80Gigs on my C drive.
I don’t want to do a clean install.
Searched both Acronis and many other places,
Any help ?

Ken,

Assuming TI 2011 sees the RAID 0 setup properly, you should be able to just back up the RAID 0 drive, setup the RAID 10, and restore the image. Switching between raid levels on the same controller usually isn't a problem because the Windows drivers are already installed.

Thanks, TI sees the Raid 0 volume just fine. I setup asz on D: and have the made a boot CD that works. What about Nonstop backup, I turned off of the schedual that was set up when I used one-click. Is this OK?
When I do a restore do I need to include the MBR with the partition i'm using?

I would restore the MBR and Disk Signature. I don't know for sure if the Nonstop Backup will survive or not.
