Using Acronis 2015

Thread needs solution

Hello,
I am at the ends of my wits.
1. I am a longtime registered user fom Acronis 11 to Acronis 15
2. I cannot backup anything because my password is not accepted.
3.I try to retrieve my password.
4. I get the following message:

"Hello Zeev,

We received a request to retrieve and change your password for your Acronis online account.

If you wish to change it, please confirm your request by clicking here
http://www.acronis.com/en-us/my/confirm/5671d7158de0f1c4ead77b0a70e01ae5

After clicking the link, your password will be changed automatically and will be displayed in the browser window. For security reasons, your new password will not be sent to you by e-mail. Please print the web page with your new password for your records.

If you did not initiate a request to change your password for your Acronis account, please ignore this request as your password will remain unchanged.

5. When I click on the link: "http://www.acronis.com/en-us/my/confirm/5671d7158de0f1c4ead77b0a70e01ae5" , no response.

Please help and advise
