Using True Image Home 2011 to transfer drivers

Forgive me if this sounds daft. I am a non techie.

I am going to install a new drive in my desktop to have a dual boot system with Vista and Windows 7. When I install Windows 7 can I transfer the drivers etc from Vista using my new copy of True Image Home 2011 to save me installing sound, DVD, screen and printer drivers etc separately.

Also can I use it to transfer my existing programs across?

Any help would be appreciated. This is the first time I will have tried installing a new drive and want to make it as easy and straightforward as possible.
