Validating Backups in ATIH 2010

I did my first Full Backup successfully a couple of days ago and would like to validate it. I read about doing this in Section 19 of the User's Guide. I clicked on "Recovery" on the sidebar of the program home page as instructed, but found no way to "select the archive to validate", nor a "Validate" button to click on. Can any one suggest what I am missing?? Where is the "Validate Wizard"??

Is the backup not showing in the list on the Recovery screen? You may need to click the "Browse" button to find it first.

Otherwise, you need to select the backup and then select the Validate option on the toolbar or right-click the backup and select it from the pop-up menu.

MudCrab -- Thank you for your response to my post. No, the backup was not showing on the Recovery screen, and it just didn't "dawn" on me to use the "Browse" button to look for it. Once I had the backup identified I also saw the "Validate" button in the tool bar at the top of the page. The process was started and completed successfully! Thanks for putting me on track!
