Versioning backups vs one-only backup in ATIO

I'd like to use ATIO to store disk images, which of course are quite large. I only need to the latest of each image stored and would so never go over my 250GB limit. However, if I make a new image (which will have a different file name), and delete the prior image off my computer, will ATIO also delete the prior image from the Cloud and just save the new image? Or will these all be additive and I'll soon run out of room

In summary, can ATIO be used in a versioning mode for some files (say Word documents) and in one-only mode for other files (say images)?
