What changes does ATI 2010 make to the Registry?

I Want to install ATI 2010 but run in in purely manual mode .. Creating full images on demand.. no background monitoring, continuous backup etc.

What changes does the program install make to the system that can be disabled (in startup, services etc) to run basic ATI?

I use boot disk now to do this, but I'd like to install the application so that I can read and extract selected files from the image files and any other utilities. I don't want instability that comes with intrusive application installs.
