What is disk 0?

Thread needs solution

Hi - I keep getting the message in the attached file when I back up one of my drives. Basically it says "failed to read data from the disk...of hard disk '0'". So how can I be sure which disk has the issue? It does not look like the number (0) matches what I see in Disk Management in Windows 7. Does 0 always mean the disk you are trying to back up? Is there process within TIH 2011 that will show me the disk numbers?
Thanks for any and all help.

It is pretty safe to assume that if you are running ATI in Windows, the disk number is the one Windows shows in Windows Disk Management.
Run chkdsk X: /r on each X partition of the suspected disk.

I inadvertently assigned 2 Gig to Disk 0 on a 256 Gig SSB instead of 200 MB. Is that just lost space? Does it help paging? Does it hurt anything?
