whats wrong with your support people???? why does our product stink soooo darn much?!?!?!

Thread needs solution

i reply with problems in email asking for help in certin areas, i get automated responses sking if im okay and to email back with questions.
i never get replies, but your automated, "am i okay reply with "RESOLVED" (NOT ACTUALY RESOLVED) or reply with questions.

no one on this forum seams to be able to actualy help with anything..???
i got private messages that mind as well have been from a monkey.....!!!

all-in-all id have to give you guys 0 out of 10 stars.
in case anyone (from acronis) give a crap here is why.
1.error-riddled-broken-product.
2.non-existant support staff.
3.no-viable support options.
4.wont open .tib file.

The folks on this forum are users, same as you. None of us is from the company or paid -- we're just here trying to help each other. I'd like to think at least one of my several thousand posts over the last half decade or so have helped at least a few folks, at least som ehave told me they have. I know that posts from veterans such as Grover and Mudcrab and PatL, to name jsut a few, have been very helpful to me and many others.

I understand your frustration but your hyperbole is not helpful. It just makes your post sound like a temper tantrum rather than an objective observation that might, therefore, be persuassive to any Acronis readers or other users or potential users.

I would appreciate if you could let me know the case number, so that we could look into the situation with support, and the product.

Please also avoid violating of Acronis Forum Terms of Use. TOU violation results in first temporary ban from Forum (for 2 weeks), and in case of the further violations: permanent ban from Forum.
