when will the issue regarding boot disks not reading USB 3.0 devices be fixed?

As the title says ... when will this issue be fixed?
ATI 2014 Boot Disk recognises my Seagate 1tb external drive, but ATI 2015 boot disk does NOT!
Reading all the forum regarding this issue, it appears to have been an on-going issue since its release last October.
So i guess il not be buying 2015 until this issue is fixed, and stick with 2014. it may be more bloatware, but at least its stable, and more importantly ... reliable!
