Where are the Scheduler settings kept? Seems to be using "hidden" settings

I recently had to delete some backups settings (and all history) because the application would not allow me to delete some history in order to make space.

I have a single backup configured (partitions), set to backup Mon-Fri at 6:30am. That works. However, the backup seems to start again around 8:30am also.

I've opened the application and ONLY one backup exists. The schedule is configured as described above.

I've searched online and can't find where the scheduler settings are stored. I also looked on the hard drive for any configuration files, but didn't see any. I suspect that one of my old backup settings (now deleted) are still being used by the scheduler. I'm hoping the settings are accessible (registry?) and not in some binary file.

Any suggestions on where to look? Thank you.
