Will acronis boot dvd work after the evaluation expire?

Hi there folks,

I have just downloaded acronis true image 2010 and have made the bootable recovery disk.

What I am wondering is, will this bootable disk make and restore backups after the expiration date for the main acronis program has run out on my compute?

I know acronis does a so called lite free version as I have been using it for years that will make whole partition images which suits me fine.

So just wondering if the bootable recovery disk for acronis home 2010 is such a disk that will work after evaluation of main program has ended?

If you have purchased and registered TI2010 then yes, the recovery disk will continue to work for images and restores. If you are using the trial version, that recovery disk will not make images (backups) but will recover ones you have made. This will be the case after the trial is expired.

The bootable disk made from the Trial version will do only Restores, not Backups.
