Will not finish a back up
I've been using Acronis for years and using 2015 build 6613 just starting to have an issue, Acronis will not finish to complete a back up in fact it just gets started see pic.
I've uninstalled with Acronis clean up tool 46 and reinstalled and its still the same. I can complete a back up using my Acronis media usb stick.

Hey James... Doing better.... :) Edit button is your friend. Windows 10, Asus MB...
Help me out... what kind of back up is failing. I see non-stop back ups as well as back ups to the cloud.
The cloud back ups say you are not logged in to your account.
Since you can back up locally to USB... is the cloud back up the one that doesn't complete successfully?

Just the standard BU to to my spare drive, I prefer single but because I've had it installed and back again a few times and because the back up hangs it want to continue after reboot, which it fails to do. I don't have cloud space, Acronis keeps offering it me.

Update
I decided to start again from scratch, wipe the drive and install Win 10 (2 days work) and reinstall all software incl. Acronis 15 it now does what I paid it to do and back up my C drive. I've not wiped the C drive and started again in years, gone between Win 8 and 10 a lot in the last 6mths and always used a back up to switch between the two. I think that may have been the issue I just don't know, one clue is I could back up a drive and recover it in about 5-7mins when I had my issues the recovery would take 20-25mins.

I have the same problem as James and there is no way in heck I am rebuilding a brand new Surface Pro3 that started as 8.1 and I upgraded to W10.
WHY CAN'T I backup to my local WD 1TB drive?
I get the same screens as James and NOTHING happens.
PLEASE GET A NEW UPDATE OUT TO RESOLVE THIS. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
