Emilio,

What build are you using?

What task are you trying to run and is this to an internal or external drive?

Does the True Image log show anything, if so, could you please post it here?

What type of PC is this, and, do you get any messages about programs still running etc?

From experience Scheduled Events will fail if the following are not enabled (Win8):

Make sure the following Acronis startup items are enabled:
Acronis TIB Mounter (TibMounterMonitor.exe)
Acronis True Image Monitor (TrueImageMonitor.exe)
Acronis Scheduler Helper (schedhlp.exe)

Make sure the following Acronis services are enabled:
Acronis Nonstop Backup Service (Automatic)
Acronis Scheduler2 Service (Automatic)-may be Scheduler1
Acronis Sync Agent Service (Automatic delayed start)

Also, I have ran in to a possible confliction with Ccleaner on Windows 8 Pro.
I haven't isolated the specific Ccleaner confliction, but by running a cleanup, Scheduled backups
in Acronis are broken.

I had trouble with broken Acronis Scheduled backups for weeks while using Ccleaner
I tried Iobit Advanced SystemCare for a week and a half with Privacy Sweep and the Junk File Cleaner,
and Acronis Scheduled Backups worked 100%. Went back to Ccleaner for 1 cleanup pass and the Scheduled Backups were broken again.
I am now using Iobit exclusively. Scheduled Backups are wonderful!

It is not the Utilities -Acronis True Image cleanup selection in Ccleaner that is causing the problem.
The confliction is something else.
Has anyone else noticed this with Ccleaner?

Hi Chloe, just curious here. Any updates if you were able to fix this already?
