Win7 Offline Files 0x00040001+0x00040019+0x0000FFF0

I am using Acronis True Image 2010 build 7.046 and I am unable to backup offline files.
I have multiple files on a single desktop to use on other desktops including a laptop. Sometimes i am away for days and still want to use those files as an offline folder and be able to backup any changes to an SSD in case of HD failure. I keep receiving error Event code: 0x00040001+0x00040019+0x0000FFF0 when I try to backup online. The only decent material I've found that even offers a clue is http://forum.acronis.com/forum/7795. This defeats the purpose if I have several excel files I am backing up. Attached are two files the log and a screen shot. As an FYI the same directories backup when using ATI 2010 build 7.04 under XP MCE SP3 and all Win7 updates have been applied.

I did try ATI 2009 and received the same exact error under Windows 7 Ultimate X32
