Windows 2000 Boot Fail

I am trying to move a windows 2000 image to new hardware with the use of True Image 2013 and universal restore. When the image boots on the new hardware the OS starts to boot but then hangs before starting windows. The OS hangs at the 'text based' screen.
does anyone know of any issues moving windows 2000 to new hardware based on iCore5?
