Windows 8 and Acronis 2013 Prolem with right-clcik
Did a clean install of Windows 8 and re-installed all software including Acronis True Image Backup 2013.
After installing Acronis, I have found that right-clicking on folders causes Windows 8 to go to basically a blank screen for about 5 seconds before returning to where I was before I right-clicked. Cannot get the right-click menu at all.
I know this may sound like a problem that is not related to Acronis but I have uninstalled Acronis and the problem went away. I have repeated the process of installing and uninstalling Acronis a further 2 times with exactly the same results.
With Acronis installed - no right-click menu on folders but ok with right-click on files.
Without Acronis installed - right-click menu works ok for all.

No - straight install, reboot pc and then loss of right-click of folders but not files. Uninstall Acronis and reboot pc and everything back to normal. As mentioned, this process was repated several times with exactly the same results.
Can't use Acronis with Windows 8 - also should mention that it was Windows 8 Pro 32 bit version. All Windows updates had also been done.

Hello all,
Thank you for taking time to contact us.
David,
It looks like Windows Explorer crashes.
Could you please obtain ADPlus dump file and send it to us? This will help us to investigate the issue.
I can create a FTP account for you to upload the file.
Thank you.
