Thread needs solution

Windows Backup & Restore is not functional any more (Win7 Ultimate). I guess reason is that TrueImage has deactivated this service without message. I think for most Acronis users this makes sense but I only use Acronis for Computers with multi boot (more than one OS) and for change of hardware and keep the OS.
How can I reactivate this Windows service?

Windows backup and restore should still work for you, if you are still within your 30 day support window you should contact support about the issue.

I still am in 30days support window, but it will end soon. How can I contact the support? The website always wants me to buy a "pay per incident license". Do I really need to buy this in 30days support window???
