Your Subscription has expired. Online backup is in recovery mode only

Thread needs solution

My trial subscription has expired. During the trial period I was unable to recover a backup and the support person gave up answering my emails after I sent the log files. I then purchased a help phone call but, since the trial period had expired the only suggestion was to reinstall the trial backup on another PC. I don't have another PC

So, I purchased a one month subscription but continue to get the error "Your Subscription has expired. Online backup is in recovery mode only" when I try and do a backup from the Acronis True Image 2012 program. I can access the backup from the internet.

I don't know where to turn and have little faith in the standard Acronis support team. Is their an Acronis technical person on-line who will work with me to solve this issue? or has another user solved a similar problem?
