Acronis for Mac: cloning copies both partition on a 2 partition drive

Hello - i am using ati on a late 2013R macbook pro. I tried the cloning feature which seems to work fine. when it finished. i noted it cloned the entire drive. i use a competitor SuperDuper and it permits cloning one partition at a time. did i miss something with ati or is it not possible to clone one partition?
