failed backup

Thread needs solution

I have downloaded Acronis for Mac as I trial. I am backing up to lenovo ix4-300d and I keep getting an error message, "backup failed" I have tried to access support, but when I get to the "select product" drop down message it doesn't show anything, despite having logged in and I cant get any help. I had planned to setup acronis on my 4 home mac but obviously dont want to buy a product that doesnt work.
Can you help? Ihave attached a copy of the error log

We tried to reproduce the problem (back up to smb and afp shares located on second machine) without success.

1. Could you please specify the parameteres of the destination for backup. According to log you attached it is: //;AUTH=No%20User%20Authent@ix4-300d._afpovertcp._tcp.local/Backups/My Mac-2.tib
Could you please say, what kind of protocol is used?
Could you please create on the same destination usual smb or afp share and test it as destination for backup.

2. Is it possible to copy a big file (approximately of the same size as backup) with Finder to this destination?
3. Please check the destination disk for bad sectors/any disk errors.

If issue not fixed, please send us the requested above information and system report (for your safety please send the information to me or to Anna in a Personal Message).
