Noob needs support log lists - cant find them online

I assume you would like to obtain the lists of support cases opened (correct me, if I'm wrong). Unfortunately we do have a tracking tool for customers at the moment, but be sure I will subit a request to the website team for them to add this functionality to your account.

Should you need the list of open cases and the latest actions performed - let me know, I will send you this informaiton immediately. 

Should you mean something else by "open support logs" I will be glad to provide you with the detailed answer if you could kindly be more specific.
