Cannot apply subscription to account

Thread needs solution

Every time I try to apply my new 250GB Cloud subscription to my account, it says it was successful, but then it does not appear in my list.  What can I do to fix this?

Thank you for your posting! Could you please clarify, do you want to update your Acronis Backup for AnyServer to Cloud 500GB subscription with the new  Acronis Backup to Cloud, Volume Subscription 250GB?

Hello Migs,

Since the new license subscription is 250GB and the original one is 500GB, we have two upgrade ways:

- we can prolong the existing 500GB tariff for six months
- we can prolong 250GB for twelve month (so the final amount of the Cloud storage will be 250GB instead of 500GB)

Please confirm, which option is suitable for you.
