Cannot apply subscription to account
Every time I try to apply my new 250GB Cloud subscription to my account, it says it was successful, but then it does not appear in my list. What can I do to fix this?

Hello Migs,
Since the new license subscription is 250GB and the original one is 500GB, we have two upgrade ways:
- we can prolong the existing 500GB tariff for six months
- we can prolong 250GB for twelve month (so the final amount of the Cloud storage will be 250GB instead of 500GB)
Please confirm, which option is suitable for you.
