Backups fail with "Unable to open database file" since update to Windows 10 1809

Hi.

I'm unable to perform backups since the day I updated Windows 10 to 1809. The symptoms are:

  1. Existing tasks fail.
  2. New tasks also fail.

These are the error messages:

Things I've tried:

  1. Update Acronis to latest build (11.7.50420).
  2. Creating new, clean tasks.
  3. Export, delete and import tasks.
  4. Reinstall.
  5. Uninstall, reboot, Acronis clean-up tool, reboot, reinstall, create tasks from scratch.

Nothing has worked. I have another computer, which came with 1809 out of the box, and it doesn't present the issue.

Hello mprost,

according to the logs you attached, Acronis Backup 11.7 fails to open the Management Machine Service database on this machine.

To investigate this issue, please send us the following information after reproducing this failure:

Process Monitor Logs and Acronis System Information from the machine where the backup fails.
