Problems with ghostly drives - Backup no longer possible

Hello , Today published an additional drive. But there are only two physical drives available! Now Acronis can no longer access the disks. We are use two LTO3 drives that are connected via iscsi.
How can I remove or reset the drives? There ist no regkey to find.
