Cannot connect to agent on remote machine
I have remotely installed the Acronis agent to my test machine. I have checked that the software is indeed installed. i get this error whenever i try to manage this machine remotely. I get the following error message.

I've opened up ports 445 and 25001. Not sure what else is blocking it at this point. Any help is appreciated.

Hello Zaviera.
You need check firts whit a "ping" to ipaddress.
this command could be from your ordenator (pc)
start>run>cmd.....into
c:\>ping 10.173.48.193
some times when the firewall is enable, you have problems to conected to remote machine
