Help Acronis Backup Recovery 11

We are using the Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Server, and installed the AcronisAgentCore.msi and AcronisAgentWindows.msi in a Windows Server 2008 Enterprise Service Pack 2, but when attempting to backup using Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Management console, go the server, but it only opens the options to back up Data -> Virtual Machines and Files, Disks option in / Volumes, nothing appears listed, and wanted to make a virtual machine or image from this server, and without the option Disks / volumes this is not possible for some reason .... They would not be showing the discs?The disks are basic disks.Thank you!

I also need help ABR11 will not allow me to backup a Fujitsu tablet to a portable external harddrive. It keeps erroring about online storage only. It's a wireless tablet that has no wireless capability when Acronis is running therfore online is not an option. I'll take True Image back anyday
