Impossible to deploy image to IBM X3200 with 2x RAID1 ?????

Dear All,

I have a big problem, I backuped a server with Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 but it's impossible to deploy the image to another same machine and it is really urgent ..

My machine

IBM X3200
Raid card : m1015
4disk 250Go configured in 2x RAID1

I think the drivers is not loaded when i start the recover.... i tried to create a bootable media with the serverraid drivers but impossible to add it !

Do you have an idea ?

I entirely understand your concern, but unfortunately there's not enough information for localizing the issue. Could you please gather the following investigation data: 

  1. Exact detailed sequence of steps performed
  2. Where the image is stored
  3. Any error message you receive
  4. If you do receive the error message: on what step do you get it
  5. Recovery log
  6. Acronis Info from the source machine

After that please submit a case with the information attached, and let us know it's number.

Thank you for the update.

Yes, you're right, this might be the lack of drivers in the bootable media kernel . I would advise you to download the latest updated bootable media from your account, then burn it onto the CD and check whether the issue remain.

This should solve the problem. It the issue is still present, please gather Acronis Linux Report from the new media, then submit a case with the information attached, and let us know it's number.

I'm using the last version of backup & recovery. and i'm using a trial version because we want to buy this software but.. it's doesn't work ...

I think with a trial version i can't open a call no ?
