Licence deactivated
Thread needs solution
My licence of Backup and recovery is deactivated. How can i reactivate the license. I do not know why this happend.

The build is 10.0.11345. The license Server is installed on the same machine.

Try the solution from http://kb.acronis.com/content/5963 or http://kb.acronis.com/content/14535 . I also recall an article about license-specific error in old build like yours, 11345, but I can't find it now. You may try to update to 13762 too.

We,ve the same error with an advanced Server sbs 11 upgrade on the highest patch Level. If I revoke the license and try to Change the Registration there's just a message: License is deactivated. The Error comes up exactly 1 month after an upgrade to the highest Version.
