Moving Acronis from one PC to another

I have a customer that uses Acronis backup on his local PC. He is getting another PC and wants to move his license over to the new one. Is this possible and, if so, what is the best way to do this? He can't find any of the documentation from when it was purchased. He currently has Acronis 10. Is he eligible for an upgrade? Thanks for your help.

If it's a standalone version, just uninstall it on the old machine and install on the new one. For advanced version that uses license server he needs to revoke the used license using the License Server Console, then install on the new machine. Upgrade to current version (11.5) costs about 60% of full price,

He needs to register his serial number on Acronis site in his account, then he will get access to the downloads.
