TrayMonitor.exe hanging at 98%
For the past week or two I've logged in to our server to see the animated tray icon still running, long after the backups have finished and sent out their notification e-mail.
Logging out and back in to Windows, or simply ending the task, will fix it until the next backup is taken. Then it hangs all over again.
I've attached ProcessMonitor and it doesn't seem to be doing anything.
Any pointers on how I can fix this? I may just disable it from running upon login.

this issue is happening with the newest version.
i will hold off on contacting support, i figure i would get a better/faster response here.

I guess you thought wrong. I am having the same problem and while maybe it is not important, I am with you. I want it fixed. Interesting solution from Acronis. "If a feature does not work, just remove it. Problem solved." What?

I did not say this module does not work. I apologize if the impression has arisen that I will not assist you. I just meant that it does not affect the functionality of the backup. If you want to get to the root of the cause, it is necessary to analyze the situation.
To do this, you have to contact support. Find all available options in our Customer handbook.
